Physician has More Energy than Ever Before!
The Goji experience just keeps getting better! I've really only been able to run 5 miles once or twice a week for 4 months now because of a hamstring injury.
I know you're not supposed to increase mileage abruptly, but today I just went for it. I ran 9 miles (including hills) as hard as I could.
I just felt great and strong.
I broke my old record by 6 minutes from the days when I was training a lot and running longer distances. When I got home, I honestly had as much energy as when I started!
