Hullo David,
Please can you tell me more about the business of helping others, I'm very interested to hear about it. Would like to ask you one question. My friend's husband is a diabetic, do you think the goji berry will help him? I make a smoothie's and add the goji berry to it, would it help him?
Kind Regards
S
My reply…
Hi S,
Thanks for writing!
1st, I need to tell you I'm not a doctor, what I
know is from what I see and read. Ok?There are many diabetics who have been helped by goji.
It may or may not help your friend's husband, the only way
to know for sure is to test for at least a week - better a month.Adding goji berries to a smoothie is a good idea and it would
taste really good. You'll need to experiment with the quantity of
berries. Everyone is different and there are also variations in
the quality from season to season and variety. He should FEEL a change in addition to sugar levels.
Also, check at www.PubMed.org and search using the
Latin name of "Lycium Barbarum".Let me know how it goes,
David
